The Inner Child I believe is a part of our psyche, a childhood version of ourselves that stays with us throughout the entirety of our life. So many people want to know more about the Inner Child and work with their’s that I thought this was the perfect time for us all to reflect upon our manifestations and where we are currently. These journaling prompts are designed to help you connect to your Inner Child and explore abundance and alignment with them – you never know you could have a great shift or breakthrough with your Inner Child regarding your manifestations with these prompts. Journaling can be done in so many ways and there isn’t really a right or wrong here it’s what works for you and what you feel called to do. I would also schedule some time out of your day to really focus on these and be present with them so that you can give this exploration the time and energy it deserves from you. There are so many benefits to working with your inner child including – manifestation, abundance, healing and so much more fulfillment in life.
